Rev Report
Privacy Policy

Rev Report is a marketing reporting tool for businesses whose administrator has invited them. This policy explains what information Rev Report handles, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address and, if provided, your name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email, name and a Google account identifier through Google Sign-In; we do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
Business reporting data for the organisation you belong to: advertising figures, contacts, form and survey submissions, pipeline opportunities and calendar bookings read from that organisation’s GoHighLevel account with the access its administrator granted, and sales figures entered by your team.
Security and usage records: sign-in times, verification codes (stored only as one-way hashes), and an audit log of administrative changes.
How we use it
To sign you in, verify it is you, and show you only your own organisation’s reports.
To calculate and display marketing reports, and to keep a history of saved monthly reports.
To send sign-in verification codes and invitations by email.
Optional AI analysis sends report figures (not contact lists) to OpenAI to produce written insights.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is processed by our service providers only to run Rev Report: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), GoHighLevel (the source of your reporting data), OpenAI (optional analysis), Google (sign-in) and our email provider.
Each organisation’s data is separated and is visible only to its members and to platform administrators.
Security and retention
Access is restricted by organisation at the database level. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is kept while your organisation uses Rev Report and deleted when the organisation is removed, except where records must be kept for security or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your account information, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing Jaric@salesrevolution.co. You can revoke Rev Report’s Google Sign-In access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
